TELLURIDE + some other lovely towns

I just got back from the quickest weekend trip to Seattle, but I want to tell you a little bit about LAST weekend. Lindsey and I became friends the first week of college. We lived in Ashton Hall and there was a small group of us girls who became inseparable. Linds was a fantastic friend from the start, and I remember thinking she was so cool. She had the raddest style, which fortunately, rubbed off on me (goodbye Hollister jeans... y-i-k-e-s). We ended up being roommates for the next four years (along with many other lovely girls). Needless to say, 8 years later, we're still dear friends. She's been living in beautiful Telluride, Colorado for a a few years now, and I finally made the trip out to see her. It was SO GOOD to catch up -- even though it felt like little time had passed. And it was amazing to experience the beauty that is Telluride. (My body, however, struggled. Altitude sickness is fo' real.) In addition to Telluride, I got to see some other rad (& very quirky) mountain towns -- Ouray, Ridgway, & Silverton. These photos are a mix of iphone + film -- kinda random -- but hopefully they give you a good feel for these beautiful towns. I can't believe it took me so long to get out to Colorado!!
