dribbble + a bit of my process

I thought it would be fun to share a little bit about my process! Each design starts as an idea I've sketched with black ink. I have SO MANY scraps of paper filled with drawings (in my purse, in my room, on my desk, ha!)... and many of these end up as designs you see in my shop! Below, you'll see some of the design elements I used to create a baby shower invite for one of my dearest friends! I like to group all the "pieces" together in Illustrator so I know what I'm working with. :) designprocess designprocess2 If you're interested in seeing more of my process, and random designs that don't end up in the shop, feel free to follow me on Dribbble. I'm trying to post some of my designs, and will hopefully be showing more of my work that doesn't end up on a card or print. Also, let me know if you use Dribbble!
