Since I'm making an effort to really be more careful about what I'm eating, I thought I'd show ya'll some photos of donuts. Truly though, if you're going to splurge, it has to be worth it. And these darlings are. Sidecar Doughnuts is located in Costa Mesa, CA, and is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. I had the cinnamon crumb + huckleberry... and felt pretty solid about my decisions (though I wanted to try each of them)! ALSO - major plus - they serve bottled Stumptown cold brew. SO GOOD!

I’ve heard lots of good things about sidecar doughnuts! Been meaning to make the drive down, but my diet hasn’t been the best lately.
I went by Donut Bar in the quest for a cronut a few weeks ago, but by the time i got there they were totally sold out of ALL donuts! Gotta try to get up earlier next time I guess!
