Life has been busy lately. Busy with work, busy with freelancing, and busy trying to ease all of the unwanted anxiety I've been experiencing. Anxiety, NO THANK YOU.
Needless to say, the trip that my sister and I had planned to head up north
couldn't have come at a more perfect time. We both took the week off work (!!) and started driving up the CA coast this weekend. Then we drove east to stay in a condo right on Lake Tahoe (pictured above). So far, it has been glorious. I'm truly appreciating this chance to breathe a bit; to read, draw, eat grilled cheese and watch movies. So, so grateful.
Though I imagine not many of you are on vacation this week, I hope you're able to find opportunities to rest. xo!
