The sister and I have been really happy in our apartment since we moved to San Diego in January. But we'd taken over someone else's lease... so when our time was almost up after 8 months, we figured we'd look around to see what else was available. And we found THIS GEM in the awesome Normal Heights neighborhood (just a hop skip & a few jumps from where we are right now)!! We really wanted to live in a house so we could have a little yard space... and this place is perfect! It's older, so it has some quirks...but I can't wait to move in & start making it look real pretty!! YAY for houses... and yards!!

Agh!! This is the cutest home in the world. My husband and I are going to start looking for a house to buy in about a year after our two-year lease is up…I would LOVE something like this! Your illustrations are adorable, by the way. :)
